TVAnts has released a new version to fix the Expiring message on Jan 1st 2010. It's the TVAnts 1.0.0.59 Build 36. This means you can download the latest version right now to solve the earlier issue.
TVAnts is also back working again with their main tracker, allowing so far everyone to connect without limitations. They still seem to be testing with, but overall it's running fine.

In the last 1,5 hour we had issues with both our site and forum. Both were running slow and crashing time after time. At the moment of speaking we seem to have it all back and running again. Hopefully it remains like that, as we will always aim to present you the most up to date schedules. If you still have issues please reply on our forum and we will try to fix it.

PPLive
PPLive has been updated to version 2.3.6.006. Might be worth to check it out again, as most channels do work on it. Not all as it should be but you can find a nice list on it.
PPStream
PPStream has recently been updated to another 2.6.86 Version, still all in Chinese and not everything might work as it should be, altough loading channels from a direct link still works fine.
Sopcast
Sopcast had some issues but lately it's very stable again, even during peak times. Still it's one of the best programs out there. Latest version is 3.2.4 which dates from July 09.
TVAnts
At the moment TVAnts has some downtime but it should be up soon again. Most likely it will be available worldwide and even the UK and others won't have to use a proxy anymore.
StreamTorrent
StreamTorrent is still a great program, one of the newest but developing stopped a few months ago. Strange as it runs fine and smooth for almost everyone. Despite the no new developments and partially Beta, it's still a great program to have.

TVU Player
TVU has recently made a wide range of updates, allowing you to add favourites, chat with others and even recording (monthly payment required). Lucky enough all other stuff is still free, so don't worry about watching. During peak moments it could have big issues with loading channels, and they're also used to block (geographically) several sports channels during live games.
UUSEE
UUSee is a great running program, but as it's all in Chinese it could be hard getting it working. Nevertheless there's a partially translated version available for downloading as well. Fast buffering, good channels, but sometimes hard to get it loaded. Good for those who can manage it.
Veetle
Veetle is also one of the newer programs, running a webplayer version only. It uses the VLC encoding system to pass on channels with a higher bitrate, even allowing to watch some channels in almost HD Quality. Ofcourse you need fast internet for it and only a few channels are being able to offer this quality.

| | New York Yankees win the World Series | 05-11-2009 10:31:00 | The New York Yankees took their 27th World Series tonight after beating title holder Philadelphia Phillies with 7-3 in game 6, making the final score of the Best-of-seven 4-2. It was already 9 years ago when the Yankees took their last title.
Key factor in the sixt game was Hideke Matsui in todays game, as the batsman tied a World Series record with six RBIs. He started with a homerun in the second inning. After that he kept on scoring points with his hard hitters. Ofcourse Matsui, aka Godzilla, became the MVP. Baseball quarter-billion-dollar superstar Alex Rodriguez, pitcher Mariano Rivera and catcher Derek Jeter helped Matsui and the Yankees wrap up a most successful season in their first year at the new 1.5-billion-U.S.-dollar Yankee Stadium.
After their run of 13 straight playoff appearances ended in 2008, the Yankees bolstered their roster in the off season, spending 424 million dollars to add three pitchers Teixeira, Sabathia and Burnett. They lead the majors with 103 wins during the regular season and then swept the Minnesota Twins for their first win in a playoff series since 2004 and advanced to the World Series with a six-game victory over the LA Angels in the American League Championship Series.
For the Phillies, it was a frustrating end to another scintillating season. They fell two wins short of becoming the first National League team to repeat as World Series championships since the 1975-76 Cincinnati Reds.
